From Floyd Dimmick of Crown Polymers Corp on April 7, 2014:
Consider a method that has been used for more than 7 years, an epoxy/polyurea, two-component system with a clear polyurea top coat.

From web stokes of DMA on April 1, 2014:
Dye stains will typically give you more options for vivid colors than acid- or water-based stains. Unfortunately, most of them are UV-sensitive and not ideal for exterior or areas with high UV exposure. There are some silicate stains that can provide good color, or there are always coatings options (MMA, Polyurethane, PAP).

From Ron Adams of Hill Brothers Chemical Co. on March 31, 2014:
Select a two-component polyurethane.
