The project also includes coating exposed surfaces including but not limited to metal and plastic piping, hangers and supports, switchgear, panelboards and miscellaneous factory primed equipment requiring field coatings.

Owner-approved manufacturers are as follows: Benjamin Moore, BASF (ChemRex), Behr (Sterling), Davis Paint, Del Technical Coatings, Diamond Vogel, Envirocoat, ICI Devoe, ICI Dulux, ICI Paints, Insul-x, NCP Coatings, Olympic Stains, PPG (Porter), Pratt & Lambert Inc., Sherwin-Williams, Smiland Paint Company and Vista Paint.

The stadium is home to the NCAA Division I Nebraska Cornhuskers football team, and as of Nov. 24, 2017, has had 361 sellout games in a row. It has been referred to as one the “Cathedrals of College Football.”

Built in 1923, the stadium originally held 31,000 people. Now, the stadium has a capacity of 85,458. The stadium has undergone numerous improvements in its 95 years of existence including being the first on-campus stadium to feature replay boards. In 1997, the stadium underwent a two-year, $36 million renovation that included the construction of 42 suites, club seating, as well as increasing the number of additional restrooms and concession areas.

In addition to being a home to the Cornhuskers, the stadium also serves as a tribute and memorial to Nebraskan veterans. Each corner of the stadium features quotes of University of Nebraska professor Hartley Burr Alexander.
