Made for residential and commercial professional painting projects, Titan Tool’s new High Efficiency Airless (HEA) TR1 reversible airless tip will be available in U.S. and Canada this spring.

The tip features technology that will allow spraying at lower pressures, delivering control and extending the life of sprayers, Titan (Plymouth, Minnesota) says.

The tip is optimized for low pressure spray application.

The manufacturer says the tip has an optimized dual orifice that atomizes latex and other common architectural paints at 1,000 PSI. It has the same production and flow as high pressure tips, Titan explains, but the low pressure technology delivers “a softer fan pattern and reduces overspray by up to 55 percent, while saving up to 35 percent in paint consumption.”

TR1 HEA tip also produces feathered edges for a better finish when overlapping spray patterns, the company adds.

The product will be available at professional equipment and industrial supply distributors in North America.
