Looking for a Project Architect to work on High Rise projects

Current projects:
-Mixed use housing tower, 19-44 stories
-Hotels in downtown Seattle, 10-16 stories

Critical Skills & Knowledge:
-Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited school
-Minimum of 5 years of architectural office experience
-Demonstrated proficiency in Revit modeling and documentation
-Knowledge and practicing skills using Bluebeam, Newforma, and Smartsheet preferred
-Demonstrated experience in concrete and wood-frame design and construction documents
-History of seeing projects through completion
-Working knowledge of local building and planning codes

Essential Functions:
-Facilitates client, consultants, contractor, and public agency communications.
-Responsible for design excellence on all assigned projects.
-Coordinates design and documentation with all consultants.
-Manages, delegates and oversees the design and documentation for internal team members.

Work Environment: -Current team is 25 people
-Typical project team is a Project Manager, Project Architect and Project Designer
-Work closely with Interiors group as well
-Office has kitchen space, libraries of materials and codes, a model making room
-Dress code is casual
-Hours are 8-5 but they do expect that someone be willing to work overtime if a project demands that in order to meet a deadline and come through on a commitment

They are definitely willing to look at resumes for folks who are at least Senior Project Architects - if they don't quite have high rise, that's not an automatic disqualifier.
People with apartment, multi-family, hotel experience would be great! MUST know Revit though, and have a LOT of experience putting sets and buildings together.

-5-7 years of experience
-BS or Masters in Architecture

Top 3 Must Haves:
-High rise project experience
-Has been a Project Architect or Job Captain and actually had to mentor other staff
-Ability to complete projects from start to finish, concept design to construction documentation

-Needs to ask questions, no hand holding
-Jump right into projects
