Project Manager

F.D. Thomas, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for a West Coast Bridge Project. Current opportunity is in San Francisco, CA.

The qualified candidate must have relevant Bridge Project Management Experience and working knowledge of Industrial Coatings on Large Bridges, Lead Abatement, Containment, Quality Assurance /Quality Control, Safety Requirements, QP-1 & QP-2, and NACE.


  • Review Contract & Scope of Work • Coordinate and collaborate with the FDT Executive Management, Estimators, Owners, Engineers, Superintendents and Subcontractors • Help to prepare and manage the project schedule (help to plan and execute the work) • Help to prepare and manage project submittals • Manage the FDT Resources (Material, Equipment and General Conditions) • Track Job Costs, Project Budget and Purchasing • Review and approve cost reports and schedule updates • Prepare and Review Progress Billings • Oversee QC and Safety onsite and manage the new hire requirements • Manage changes to the scope as well as impacts and delays to the schedule • Must be technologically adept.
