Global maintenance equipment and specialty coatings maker Tennant Company has added a new compact battery-powered rider floor scrubber to its product portfolio.
The T12 machine includes a 1.0 HP (0.75 kW) brush motor to maintain polished concrete floors in a variety of retail and public spaces, the company says.
Featuring ec-H2O technology, the scrubber can convert plain tap water into a cleaning agent without added chemicals, according to the company.
Applications include education, manufacturing, logistics, and food and beverage, the company says.
Tennant says additional benefits of the T12 scrubber include the following.
Heavy-duty compact performance: Tackle tough cleaning jobs with main scrubhead down-pressure of up to 250 lbs.
Increased productivity: The 32-inch wide cleaning path cleans floors from edge to edge; an optional scrubbing side brush extends the cleaning path by 28 percent.
Health and safety: Reduce fatigue and increase operator safety with a large operator compartment and easy ingress and egress from either side of the machine.
