Valspar Paint® announced the debut of its ConnectLIVE app, billed as an innovative tool that connects users with a professional color consultant via a virtual video appointment.
The company says that for a limited time, the app is available free to the public for download from the App Store for iPad®2 and iPad®3 users, and will be available soon for iPhone®4S.
The app enables users to schedule and conduct a customized 30-minute color consultation with a color consultant, valued at approximately $75, the company says. A video demo is available here.
With the app, the color consultant creates a customized color scheme tailored to the user’s interior space, the company says. Following the virtual appointment, users will receive a summary of paint colors from their customized palette.
The color consultations are available by appointment only, Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (EDT) and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. (EDT).
