W.R Meadows (Hampshire, Ill.) introduced an architectural finishing mortar, PARGE-ALL AF, billed as a one-component, polymer-modified, aggregate-free product with cementitious feather-finishing.
The product is designed to resurface and restore existing and new concrete structures, including tilt-up, precast and cast-in-place, the company says.

The company says the product contains specialized fillers, additives and polymers that ensure a “strong bond and smooth finish, which may be sanded.”
The mortar may be trowel-applied, sponge-floated or sanded, and dries to a light gray color that hides surface defects and blemishes, the company says.
Recommended uses include vertical and overhead concrete applications, and in horizontal applications as a trowel-applied finishing material below standard flooring systems.
