The International Code Council is seeking presentation proposals for its Building Safety and Design Expo, which is slated to be held Oct. 21-23, 2018, at the Greater Richmond Convention Center in Richmond, Virginia.

“All presentations topics should focus on providing educational and technical information,” the council says. “Presentations should help to educate attendees about building code compliance, building safety, leadership and/ or building technology.”

Proposals are due Jan. 31, 2018.

The Building Safety and Design Expo gathers building safety and design professionals together to learn about the latest products and services that keep building safe and aid in maintaining code compliance.

“The Building Safety & Design Expo brings professionals from the built environment including local tradesmen, architects, engineers, along with plumbing, mechanical, fuel gas, building and fire safety professionals from around the world together to make it easier to exchange critical information on the latest technologies for building a safer, more resilient world,” the ICC states.
