Don’t you hate when you can’t find a dog to match the design of your latest architectural wonder?

Fret no more.

It hasn't yet been specified, but PetPaint, a new "color furspray," can reportedly "change the way people celebrate occasions and holidays with their dog."

Need a pink and purple poodle to perk up that Valentine's Day picture? A red, white and blue rottweiler for a festive Fourth? A technicolor trick-or-treating buddy for the kids?

PetPaint says its spray paint for dogs can "change the way people celebrate occasions and holidays with their dog."

And wouldn't your team play better if it knew that Fifi was sporting its colors on Game Day?

PetPaint makes colorful canines only a spray away, says founder Abe Geary. And at $9.99 for a five-ounce can, sales are reportedly booming.

'High Quality'

California-based PetPaint says "you haven't heard" of its color hairspray for dogs because "we invented it!"

The company says its "high-quality colored furspray" is "specially formulated, dog-safe, and veterinarian approved," although it does not say what is in the paint.

The company did not respond to a request for more information, including how you keep the paint out of Rover's eyes and ears, how you get him to hold still for the decorating session, and other questions.

The company does say the product follows "the establishment of clinical protocols and rigorous formula testing," although neither is detailed.

PetPaint says the product has been subject to "clinical protocols" but does not say what is in it.

The spray is called washable, "easy to use and safe for dogs to lick."

Relationships and Costumes

PetPaint's "quickly expanding color spray line" is "built on creating a lasting relationship between dogs and their owners," the company says.

PetPaint also sells stencils for use with the color sprays, boasting, "There is no better way to dress your dog than with PetPaint dog stencils."

"We make holidays and game days easy by providing you with stencils to make your dog costume perfect for any occasion."
