Manage all aspects of project strategy and prioritize project elements from conception through construction with little-to-no supervision. Must exhibit a professional demeanor and image at all times and act as liaison between the client and the firm. Will manage Projects and team of typically 2 production Drafters, coordination with consultants, interface with clients run meetings etc. Fully manage the project for delivery.
Strong interpersonal, team-building, leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills
Strong initiative and motivational skills to operate efficiently with minimal direct supervision
Technical training, experience and expertise in the design and construction of projects > $1M
Good cost analysis and project costing skills
Ability to handle multi-tasking priorities on an accelerated schedule
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning skills.

Meet with new and continuing clients to discuss all project aspects from conceptual design through construction; facilitate meeting agendas. Maintain continuous contact with the client to update progress and communicate changes.
Compose project proposals and amendments throughout the project while maintaining budgeted costs
Review project needs and determine adequate staffing ,Facilitate and maintain project file in accordance with company standards
Prepare project schedules and update reviews
Record project meeting notes and distribute to client and team members
Liaison with city and/or governing agency contact for company.
Prepare job costing reports as required
Cartoon the set for accurate determination of internal staffing and hours

Assemble a project team which may include Company consultants and client consultants

Program for the project in cooperation with the design team. Coordinate the design efforts with the design team to determine compatibility with client needs, project budget(s), city/state and federal codes
Observe the project team and staff to determine realistic deadlines and staffing needs, communicate changes, and evaluate staff performance
Observe and review the performance and progress of CAD operator(s) and/or Job Captain(s) before issuing documents from the office.
