I'm puzzled by the "harsh conditions" comment with regard to Qualicoat 1.5 - these products apparently can't stand up to a mere 3 years of natural outdoor weathering without fading and thereby meet Qualicoat 2. Any architectural coatings for a non-temporary structure ought to be much more durable.
